- FISCN, Philadelphia intends to purchase Ixia software, IxChariot, Node Locked Licenses, 500 pairs on a sole source basis from Ixia of Calabasas, CA. Ixia's software with Node Locked license is directly compatible with USJFCOM's existing networked environment. Ixia is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FISN, Phila. within two days of this announcement. Such information should be addressed to the attention of FISC Code 0290.SP. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 334119, 1,000 employees
