- Notice of intent to use Other Than Full and Open competition: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers currently leases approximately 11,316 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of space at 205 Hoover Street, Tampa, FL which expires 31 July 2010. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to execute a full service succeeding lease for a 1 year firm term for 11,316 RSF based on economic, mission, and other factors. Other factors include, but are not limited to, location to adjacent marina, tenant improvements for communications, security and build-out; disruption of service, communications relocation or replacement, and quality of space. Firms who are interested in commenting regarding the Governments intent to award this procurement using Other Than Full and Open competition or in obtaining additional information regarding this procurement should provide their written comments to Jeffrey Groden at the address below, by May 1, 2010. Term: 1 year firm term Required: All services, supplies, and utilities are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must meet all Government fire/safety requirements, handicapped accessibility standards, and applicable Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection set back requirements..
