- The Regional Contracting Office, NCR, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for a full range of chemical, portable toilets to ensure adequate facilities for ranges, training areas, and other event areas aboard the base. An average of 187 units at three major sites will be required on a daily basis, as well as additional units for special events. The period of performance is a 12 month base period and four one-year option periods. The quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. The anticipated release of the solicitation is within the next 30 days on the Navy Electronic Commerce On-Line (NECO) web link. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation. This requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside, under NAICS Code 562991, size standard $6.5 million. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link frequently for updates on this site. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFQ and amendments, if any. The solicitation will identify how the Regional Contracting Office will address questions.
