- Grounds Maintenance Service, West Palm Beach ATCT and SSC and various facilities The Federal Aviation Administration, Eastern Logistics Service Area anticipates awarding the contract for an initial base period of 1 (one) year with four (one-year) options. Issue date for solicitation: April 19th, 2010Due date for offers: May 24th, 2010Start date for performance: July 1st, 2010 This acquisition is a Set-aside for small businesses within a 250 mile radius of West Palm Beach, FL. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 561730, Landscaping services. Offers are due: Monday May 25th, 2010, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
