- NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE SPACE USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION REQUIREMENT: The United States Govenment intends to use other than full and open competition to negotiate a lease extension for a lease in Doral (Miami) Florida. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunication relocation costs, and agency special requirements. LOCATION: Space must be available within the Central Business District of Doral Florida. REQUIRED: The Government requires a total of 32,954 rentable square feet of space. All services, supplies, utilities, partioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease extension term is until March 31, 2012. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 23, 2010. Any one other than owners and agents must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
