- Pre-solicitation Notice All Weather Patrol Boats and Trailers for Grapevine and Lewisville Lakes, Texas W9126G-10-R-0108 The Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for the purchase of All-Weather Patrol Boats and Trailers for Grapevine and Lewisville Lakes, Texas. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and materials necessary to supply and deliver two (2) all-weather patrol boats. One patrol boat will be a 22-foot composite fiberglass, modified V-hull, center console, completely rigged with one 225 H.P. four-stroke outboard motor and aluminum trailer to accommodate this boat without any modifications. The other patrol boat will be a 24-foot composite fiberglass, V-hull, center console, completely rigged with dual 200 H.P. four-stroke outboard motors and aluminum trailer to accommodate this boat without any modifications. The solicitation will be issued on or about 26 April 2010 as a HUBZone Set-Side Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror; the specific due date, time and location for proposals to be submitted will be identified in the solicitation documents. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE FIRMS ONLY. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336612, with a Small Business Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of 500 employees. The RFP and specifications will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Contractors may view and/or download the solicitation and all Amendments only at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for Amendments to the solicitation.
