- SOW for Watertight Closures & Groom Request for Firm Fixed Price Quote RFQ: N40442-10-T-7285 DATE: 19 April 2010 RESPONSE DATE: 22 April 2010 at 10:00 A.M. SHIP: USNS Bridge (T-AOE-10) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 26 April - 14 May 2010 STATEMENT OF WORK: See Attached SOW Document PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH YOUR QUOTE PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WHICH IS APPLICABLE TO THE MATERIALS LIST. ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT APPLICABLE PLEASE DESIGNATE WITH N/A. MATERIALS: Estimated materials: Provide a detailed list of all estimated materials, the cost for each and the part numbers (if applicable).
