Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GSA SCHEDULE 871 7 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES. A SOLICITATION (RFP) FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE POSTED VIA GSA E-BUY ON OR ABOUT 20 APRIL 2010 This project is being funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This procurement is issued under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-2. In accordance with GSA's Acquisition letter V-09-01, dated April 9, 2009 titled American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Implementation; actions awarded under FAR 8.405-2 are considered competitive for the purpose of reporting ARRA rationale. This requirement is for on-site Construction Inspection Services to oversee construction of an Energy Efficient Administrative/Visitor Building to be constructed at Arrowood National Wildlife Refuge, Pingree, North Dakota. Region 6 - USFWS will accept quotes via GSA's E-buy process for GSA contract holders. The NAICS code is 541330; size standard $4 million. Basis for award will be the lowest price offer which meets the Government's specifications and qualifications for the requirement.
