- RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This project work includes the upgrade of two existing culverts, clearing, minor road grading and shaping, construction of reinforced concrete footings and headwalls, supply and install structural metal arch pipe, riprap, import of 350 cy of borrow, and placement of 140 tons road base. Work also includes the optional placement of 300 ton of road base. This project is located in the Eldorado National Forest. ****NOTE: THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) WILL BE UPLOADED TO THIS WEBSITE ON OR ABOUT April 28, 2010. PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO ASK WHEN THE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED AND WHERE ARE THE DRAWINGS. THE DRAWINGS AND STATEMENT OF WORK WILL BE WITH THE RFP***** THE RFP WILL CLOSE ON June 3, 2010 AT 2:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME The solicitation is being conducted as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) set-aside (FAR part 19) and offers will only be accepted from SDVO certified businesses. Note: No paper copies of the solicitation will be provided. All information needed to make an offeror will be provided under this solicitation on or about April 28, 2010. Please see the solicitation for site visit information. A pre-proposal meeting will be held. Only electronic offers will be accepted by uploading through this fedbizopps.gov website
