- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Regional Contracts Dept., Seal Beach Division, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Diversified Technologies Inc, Bedford MA, for the acquisition of the following spare parts: 0001. 6EA-Switch Plate 20 StagePCB!20ISO2C!D; 0002. 2EA-Diode Assembly, Timing DelayPCB!DIODE003!A!C; 0003. 2EA-GeneratorPCB!MARXIO!MSQ1!A; 0004. 2EA-Circuit Board,Coil Driver; PCB!SOLDRV!001!A!24V!A;0005. 2EA-Circuit Board, Switch Driver; PCB!SUSSWDRV!008!MSQ!1!C; 0006. 2EA-Filament Transformer; NTC-165; 0007. 2EA-Single Gate Drive, Fiber Input; PCB!GDR!998!APursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 2304 (C)(1). Due to the unique knowledge and support equipment required, the OEM (Diversified Technologies Inc,) can support and service the transmitters for their AN/MSQ-T8 surveillance threat radar systems. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items in accordance with FAR 13.5. The North American Classification System (NAICS) codes 335999 with a size standard of 500 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by April 26, 2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. A proposal may be submitted via e-mail or facsimile with complete mailing address, point of contact, phone number, facsimile number, business size and shall be clearly marked with solicitation N00244-10-T-0207.
