- Pre-solicitation notice for the purchase of: Special Cable PN:CO-04 HDF (4/2-10R) The government intends to issue a firm-fixed price type contract. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency. See numbered note 1. Solicitation W911N2-10-T-0044. Issue date: O/A April 16, 2010. Closing date: O/A April 30, 2010. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about April 30, 2010.
