- PR# IQC10057009019, ISSUE DATE 3 MAY 10/ CLOSE DATE 4 JUN 10 This solicitation to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 1680-01-146-8240, Detector, Fire, Overh. The solicitation is for a base year and four option years. A flexible option is included. Item Description is in accordance with Meggitt Safety Systems, CAGE 25693, P/N 3151-17-500/325-12. Other than full and open competition applies i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is Meggitt Safety Systems. Data is proprietary and alternate offers/SAR packages are not acceptable. A technical Data package is not available at DSCR. Item is Critical application. Solicitation is issued unrestricted. Estimated annual demand is 77 each. Maximum Annual Quantity is 149 each. Surge does not apply. The following terms are applicable: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, Delivery 144 DARO, Ship to CONUS Stock locations as specified on delivery orders.
