- This is a Notice of Intent to Award a sole source procurement to L-3 Communications, L-3 Fuzing and Ordnance Systems to provide M935 Fuzes to support U.S.Marine Corps requirements. This contract will be done under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is April 30, 2010. This is not a request for offers.
