- Request for Information (RFI): This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The 325th Contracting Squadron is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to provide perform annual preventive/corrective maintenance on vertical external aircraft fuel tank storage system at Tyndall AFB, FL. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. This RFI is for market research and planning purposes only and is an attempt to locate businesses experienced in this type of equipment and interested in this requirement. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. Information obtained from this sources-sought notice may/may not result in a future formal Request for Proposal/Quote. This sources sought is unrestricted under the planned NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code of 333922. Please provide a capability statement that addresses all requirements stated below: (1) Business name, address, point of contact and their telephone number and e-mail address; (2) DUNS No and CAGE code; (3) Web page URL (If applicable); (4) Detailed Description of product; (5) Technical qualifications of business to provide preventative/corrective annual maintenance; (6)Small Business status; i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, veteran-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.); IMPORTANT: The Government requests interested offerors submit one copy of their capability response no later than 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 22 April 2010 electroniclly (no hyperlinks or electronic media) in MS Word or Adobe Acrobat format to thomas.vanhorn@tyndall.af.mil no later than 1:00 p.m. Central Standard time, 22 April 2010. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought.
