- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF INTENT TO USE OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION MIRAMAR, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government currently occupies 5,474 USF of space at 3000 SW 148th Avenue, Miramar, Florida, under a lease that will expire on July 7, 2010. The GSA plans to negotiate a lease extension for a term of two years unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs (estimated at $37.45 PUSF). Alternate locations must also include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs as well as the cost to move data and telecommunication lines. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following boundaries: North of Miramar Parkway South of I-595 East of I-75 West of Florida's Turnpike REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be two (2) years. Occupancy is desired no later than July 8, 2010. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by April 22, 2010.
