- Description
- This is a Presolicitation requesting Tactical Operatrors Course (TOC) training for the United States Coast Guard. The cost will include all instructor compensation, travel, lodging as well as all course materials and the administration costs associated with the logistical preparation and coordination, registry of students, assignment of instructors, issuance of certificates, national database entry and maintenance, collection of evaluations, and after action reporting to the National Association os State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA), National Boat program Director and USCG Office of Boat Forces. The course will teach boat operatrors/coxswains qualifications in accordance with the nationally recognized NASBLA Boat Operations and Training Program standards and the Coast Guard's Boat Operations and Training Standards. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for services are included in this order and are applicable. Vendor must be or willing to register with www.ccr.gov to perform business with the Coast Guard.
