- THIS IS THE PREVIOUS SYNOPSIS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 12, 2010 WHICH POSTED INCORRECTLY WITH A NOTICE TYPE OF J&A. PLEASE SEE THE PREVIOUS SYNOPSIS OF THIS ACTION WHICH IS ATTACHED. NO ACTION IS REQUIRED ON THIS POSTING. The purpose of this synopsis is to allow for the approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition to be posted. The initial synopsis ( attached ) was posted on February 12, 2010 but was incorrectly listed as a Notice Type of Justification and Approval (J&A). By coding it as such, the approved Justification for Other than Full and Open competition cannot be posted. The sole purpose of this synopsis is to allow for the approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition to be posted. PLEASE SEE THE PREVIOUS SYNOPSIS OF THIS ACTION WHICH IS ATTACHED.
