- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-10-RQ-0324. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, tools, and materials, supplies, appropriate equipment and supervision, necessary to professionally clean and maintain the CBOC located at Elgin, IL at an acceptable level of cleanliness that meets the requirements for a medical clinic in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications, terms, and conditions listed within this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm Fixed Price contract, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-a-side and under NACIS 561720, size standard $16.5 Million. Anticipated period of performance is June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about April 14, 2010. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
