- PR#IQC10057009032, ISSUE DATE 10 MAY 10/ CLOSE DATE 11 JUN 10 This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 1680-01-146-8239, Detector, Fire, Overh. The contract is for a base and four option years. Item Description is in accordance with Meggitt Safety Systems, CAGE 25693, P/N 3151-16-500/325-9. Other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is Meggitt Safety Systems. Data is proprietary. Alternate Offers/SARs are not acceptable. Item is critical application. Solicitation is issued unrestricted. Estimated annual quantity is 102 each. Maximum annual quantity is 198 each. The following terms are applicable: FOB Destination, Inspection Acceptance Destination, Delivery 108 DARO, Ship to will be CONUS stock locations as specified on delivery orders. Surge does not apply.
