- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a sole source basis from TREK CONNECT INC., 310 B Commerce Drive, Moorestown, NJ 08057-4214, ITEM 0001: 30 each (001a) TRK-SAVE16-2592S12, Naval Tactical Data System (NTDS) Loopback Receptacle Assy Flexible TREK Connect Inc. Rev F 02-24-10 ECN 0184. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334417 with a size standard of 500 employees. NOTE: THIS ANNOUCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13 as a firm fixed price order. Delivery is FOB destination Dahlgren, Virginia and any shipping costs should be quoted. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The closing date is 21 April 2010. Anticipated award date is 30 April 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered.
