- TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION EXCHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC) strives to improve its Technology Information Exchange (TIE) program. Initiated in 2004, ARACIC has conducted over 55 TIE sessions to date. This effort brings industry / corporate / company representatives together with the TRADOC ARCIC for a dialogue on emerging technologies that could support Army Force Operating Capabilities (FOCs). This request for information invites organizations to participate in a session to obtain information on improving the TIE process. Participants or other respondents will not receive any financial reimbursement from the U.S. Army.
