- The Request for Proposal (RFP) for outreach, admissions and career transition services for youth in the State of Missouri will be available approximately Friday, April 30, 2010 on the World Wide Web at https://www.fbo.gov/. Job Corps is a program that targets disadvantaged and at-risk youth ages 16 through 24, and emphasizes long-term employability by providing academic and career technical training, along with support services. RFP DOLJ10RA00033 is to provide outreach and admissions for 1023 arrivals from the State of Missouri and career transition services for 640 Job Corps youth returning to the State of Missouri. The resultant contract will cover the period February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2013, plus three Government unilateral option years. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held at 230 S. Dearborn, John J. Kluczynski Federal building, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM), 10th floor, Room 706, on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. local time. We recommend that you download the RFP from our website prior to the conference and bring the RFP with you to the conference. All questions prior to the pre-proposal conference should be submitted in writing. Proposals in response to this RFP will be due no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon), local time, on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, at the following address. U. S. Department of Labor, OASAM, Room 1086, 230 S.
