- RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract 200-2010-33940 to Sanofi Pasteur, Inc. for the following vaccines: Vaccine Estimated "$" Value DTAP $ 175,426 DTaPIPHI $ 692,288 EIPV $ 71,991 HIB $ 126,292 MCV4 $4,908,261 TD $ 3,997 TDAP $3,249,133 Total $9,227,388 The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Sanofi Pasteur under Contract Number 200-2010-33940 which was previously competed and awarded in March 2010. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
