- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotations for a firm fixed-price purchase order for an Irrigation pump and associated supplies. The specific data is listed below: -Irrigation Pump Unit (1EA):Trailer mounted irrigation pump unit with water cooled, 4 cylinder, turbo-diesel engine with 38 HP @ 2100 RPM (continuous duty). Engine is 12 volt electric start with cornell pump and manual prime. Control panel to include: engine hrs, oil pressure, battery voltage, engine RPM, and temperature. Also, auto shutdown for high temp., low coolant, low oil pressure, & loss of prime. NEMA 4X enclosed electrical box. 5"x8" steel suction stub, 8" water tight coupler, 8"x20'x.090x90(degree) aluminum suction elbow with ring lock male end, 30"x1/2"x8" female ringlock screen box with stainless steel screen, 3"x6"x8" ringlock discharge assembly with 6" tufskin butterfly valve, and protek #9 primer. All nuts, bolts, and gaskets for suction and discharge. Hot dipped galvanized trailer with 120 gallon fuel tank, electric brakes, lights, lockable steel battery box, 12v battery, dropleg jacks, safety chains, 7-pin light plug, and 2-5/16" trailer coupler. -Irrigation Filter Assembly(1EA):600 gpm galvanized filter assembly with 8" ringlock ends, liquid filled pressure gauges, and 20 gauge stainless steel screen (1/16" hole). -Irrigation Tee(1EA):6" galvanized ringlock end tee for irrigation mainline. -Irrigation Handline(46EA):New 3"x40' hook and latch aluminum handline pipe with Western couplers, 3/4"x3/4"x30" risers, and #33 wade sprinkler nozzles (1/8"). -Sprinkler Nozzle(64EA):1/8" range sprinkler nozzle. The Irrigation pump and supplies will be delivered to the Bureau of Reclamation, Klamath Basin Area Office located at: 6600 Washburn Way, Klamath Falls, OR 97603-9365. The NAICS code is 333111. This procurement is set-aside for Small Business Concerns only. Solicitation R10PS20088 will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 4/10/2010. The date for receipt of proposals will be approximately 4/20/2010. The solicitation must be downloaded at the above website.; no paper copy of the solicitation will be distributed.
