- Experience Questionnaire DOL Wage Determination 2005-2055 Rev. 10 AG-9A73-S-10-0001 - Solicitation The USDA, Forest Service, Northern California Service Center located in Redding, CA has a need for Commercial Janitorial Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Sbpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Solicitation identified as RFQ AG-9A73-S-10-0001 is a Request for Quotations. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a separate written request for quotation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 561720 Janitorial Services. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The size requirements for this NAICS code is 16.5 million. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those is effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-39. Provide all labor, equipment and supplies to perform janitorial services, at the Northern California Service Center, 6101 Airport Road, Redding, CA 96002. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed contract for a base period (May 2010 - September 2010), plus two one-year option periods for commercial janitorial services.
