- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for the purchase of the following supplies: Part Number Description Qty AV2090-10S X-Wing SATCOM Antenna 5 AV2125-2 Portable SATCOM Antenna 5 AV2040-2 Manpack SATCOM Antenna 12 The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 13. "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A written solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. (EST) on April 22, 2010 to Michelle Buckholtz, Contracts Specialist at michelle.x.buckholtz@usdoj.gov, or via fax 703.495.6509. All communications / questions concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. EST, not later than 2 calendar days after the publication date of the notice.
