- A pre-solicitation site visit/meeting will be conducted 25 MAY 2010, at Tinker AFB, OK for the requirement of a drop bottom furnace to include foundation, delivery, installation and training in accordance with DSCR-VIBB-10-30-1004 dated 3-10-2010 for Tinker AFB, OK. This pre-solicitation meeting will allow interested parties to make suggestions and brainstorm that will lead to a possible solicitation being issued. A copy of the specification/statement of work is available upon request via e-mail. E-mail your request for a copy to Jane.Swingle@dla.mil. Site visit: Tuesday, 25 MAY 2010 Time: 0900 (9:00 am Central Time) Location: Visitor Center, Tinker AFB, OK Guest must have photo ID, current insurance papers/lease agreement for vehicle they are driving, must be US citizen. ****Interested parties must request attendance via e-mail to Jane.Swingle@dla.mil no later than 17 MAY 2010, 2:00 pm EST.
