- SF1442 AG-4419-S-10-0622 ATT C Davis Bacon AG-4419-S-10-0622 RFP AG-4419-S-10-0622 ATT D Specs & Drawings AG-4419-S-10-0622 RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work consists of constructing ABA accessible sidewalks and ramps for access to vault toilet buildings and limited concrete demolition and removal at various recreation sites within the Mark Twain National Forest. PROJECT LOCATION: Work is located Forestwide in various locations within the Mark Twain National Forest. GPS coordinates will be provided in Specifications when posted. GPS coordinates, using commercial mapping software, can be used when locating each site. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Period Of Performance varies based on Specifications. Project Start time will commence according to noted specifications after an Official Notice to Proceed is granted. PRE-BID & SITE VISIT INFORMATION: There will be a Pre-bid meeting scheduled for this project. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 11:00am. Participants will meet at Eleven Point Ranger District Doniphan office, located at #4 Confederate Ridge Road, Doniphan, MO 63935 ESTIMATE COST RANGE: Between $25,000 and $100,000. SET-ASIDE: THIS PROCUREMENT IS HEREBY 100% SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS ENTITIES. The NAICS Code: 237310. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: SEE RFP Attached Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and must have completed a profile in the Online Representations and Certifications Database (OCRA) prior to an award of a contract.
