- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Three year IDIQ Solcitation for SECM electrical items to include: RECEPTACLE BOX COVER ELECTRICAL BOX PLATE FILLER SWITCH COVER Total of thirteen CLINs. Max Contract Quantity for each CLIN is 10,000. Solicitation and attachments posted on the Army Single Face to Industry website (ASFI).
