- Exhibitor Information Sheet 2010 Open House Exhibitor Application The Eglin Small Business Office is offering small businesses an opportunity to participate in the 2010 Eglin Small Business Open House to be held at the Eglin Officer's Club on 17 June 2010, Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Small businesses in fields such as construction engineering and management, environmental management, communications, computer and electronic products, medical equipment and services, safety and security; education and training, office supplies, furniture and office design; logistics support, information technology supplies and services; janitorial supplies and services; base support and miscellaneous supplies and services, and other related fields are invited to this June event. The purpose of the event is to highlight small business capabilities and provide timely information and training on relevant topics (to be announced). The open house also allows buyers, contracting officers, program managers, technical personnel, GPC cardholders, and private industry representatives, the opportunity to visit with small business vendors in a focused environment. This is an opportunity for your small business to exhibit your capabilities to meet the Eglin mission. More information on Eglin's mission can be found at http://www.eglin.af.mil. Application packages, INCLUDING PAYMENT, must be received in AAC/SB by 11 May 2010. Exhibition space is limited and only small businesses registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) will be permitted to exhibit. Approximately forty-five (45) exhibition tables will be available. The registration fee is $50 and includes the support and services detailed in the attached Exhibitor Information Package. ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY FOR EXHIBITS MAY OR MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. If you are interested in exhibiting, please complete the attached application package and send it, along with payment by check or money order payable to "Small Business Conference" to: AAC/SB, ATTN: 2010 EGLIN SMALL BUSINESS OPEN HOUSE, 205 WEST D AVENUE, SUITE 449, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542. Additional instructions are attached to this notice. Applications will be evaluated and selections will be made to ensure representation from various small business categories and capabilities that support the Eglin mission. If you are not selected to exhibit, your check or money order will be returned. You will be notified of your selection or non-selection by 18 May 2010. Participant selection decisions are at the sole discretion of the Small Business Office and are final. Registration fee for selected firms will not be refunded after 21 May 2010. Your exhibitor application package must contain the following items to be considered complete: 1.___Application : 2010 Open House Exhibitor Application 2.___Security Information from Exhibitor's Information Package (complete even if you have a government ID/CAC card) 3.___Payment by check or money order in the amount of $50.00 made to "Small Business Conference" All information must be received by the deadline. If you are interested in attending training only, please submit the security information and a written request to the above address by 11 May 2010. There is no cost to attend the training.
