- The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1) to GE Intelligent Platforms Inc., 2500 Austin Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911-8319. The Engineer Research and Development Center Information Technology Laboratory has a requirement to purchase iFIX SCADA software to upgrade the existing Richard B. Russell Dam and Power Plant fish deterrent system. This purchase will be made using funds appropriated by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
