- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO contractors with an existing Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Delivery (IDIQ) contract as awarded under the multiple award IDIQ contract for alteration/repair/demolition projects for the work category of Building. This is not a solicitation. IDIQ contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to Perform Tier 1 Energy Upgrades at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Princeton, OR (Harney County). Work will be completed within 180 calendar days. The NAICS code is 236220. Small Business size standard is $33.5M. The project magnitude is between $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Basis for award will be low price.
