- Synopsis: Added: April 15, 2010 RECOVERY ARRA OS: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under the SAMHSA IDIQ, Domain 1, Pilot and Evaluation Projects, Small Businesses. The project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009. Description of Requirement: The Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration is soliciting for the design and management of a study to evaluate the impact of using different strategies for disseminating and promoting adoption of patient-centered health research (also referred to as comparative effectiveness research) results among behavioral health providers and organizations, and primary care providers and organizations responsible for delivering behavioral health services. This procurement will be cost reimbursement and will be competed under pre-existing SAMHSA IDIQ contracts. A Request for Task Order Proposal (RFTOP) will be issued via e-mail.
