- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for the grounds maintenance at Gonzales USAR Center, Santa Fe, NM. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to mow the improved areas of the center, edge said areas, and shall pick up and dispose of trash, litter and debris as part of each mowing operation. All necessary to accomplish the work will be done in accordance with the project Scope of Work, and Drawings. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0056 will be available on or about 22 April 2010. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for Wednesday 28 April 2010 at 10:00am (Local). The site visit is optional but highly encouraged. All personnel planning to attend the site visit must confirm their attendance by RSVP at least 48 hours in advance by calling Mr. Michael Halbert at 501-613-9126. Due to heightened security at this particular location, those who fail to contact Mr. Halbert at least 48 hours prior to the site visit will not be allowed on the site. Site Visit location is: 43A Battan Blvd, Santa Fe, NM 87505-9808. The primary Site Visit POC is Roger Avis, 562-235-9967. Proposals are due Thursday, 13 May 2010 at 3:00 pm (PDT) This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for small business concerns only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0M. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0056 will be available on or about 22 April 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). For information on how to register your company on FBO, to view or receive updates and notifications to the solicitation, please reference the FBO Vendor Guide located on the FBO web site home page. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished.
