- This publication constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) ascontemplated in FAR 6.102(d)(2). No request for proposal (RFP), solicitation orother announcement of this opportunity will be made. This announcement willremain open until replaced by a successor BAA for approximately one year fromthe date of publication. Awards may take the form of contracts, cooperativeagreements, or other transaction agreements, as appropriate. Offerors areencouraged, when submitting a white paper, to specify any program officeinterest, if known. White paper submission is not restricted in any way to anyparticular entity.
