- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND RE-INVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. The Joint Base Myer/Henderson Hall, Ft Myer, VA has as a requirement for Upgrading Fire Alarm Transmitters at Ft Myer, Henderson Hall, Arlington National Cemetery, VA and Ft McNair, Washington, DC. This requirement is being set aside as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside best Value competitive procurement. The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The FSC Code is J063 and the NAICS Code is 334290. The solicitation will be available 01 May 2010 on-line or by contacting Ms. Sherry L. Carner on 703-696-7105 or via email at sherry.carner@us.army.mil to receive an emailed copy of the solicitation. A mandatory preproposal conference and site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 08 May at 9:00 A.M. EST. Please allow enough time to be searched at the Gate. All interested parties will meet at Bldg 205, Ft Myer to sign in and attend the preproposal conference directly followed by the site visit. All offerors must be Central Contracting Registered (CCR) to participate in this requirement. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with solicitation instructions to be considered for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, however, only proposals meeting the Armys requirements will be considered for award.
