- NAICS Code: 922120 THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT RFQ. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters, San Diego Sector intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract using Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to DESERT SNOW, LLC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c). U.S. Border Patrol San Diego Sector has a unique requirement for training worksop that will provide information and "hands' on" training to professionally and legally identify and apprehend individuals involved in numerous types of criminal activity that ultilize various concealment methods. Market research was performed, and no other similar training products were found. No other sources were publicly sought due to the nature of this training, and the law enforcement sensitive designation. Due to the sensitive nature of the training subject, information should not be made public. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT is available and telephone, fax or email requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this propose effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon the responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
