- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a total small business set aside for NAICS 423110 with size standard 100 employees. Solicitation number F1UT600083A001 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, 4 August 2006. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Quantity one (1) Lump Sum 2010 Ranger RZR 800 side x side with Bimini Top, half windshield, delux front brushguard, aluminum skid plate, front & rear aluminum A-arm guards, lock and ride bed extender, lockable glovebox, and drop hitch w/2" ball. Suitable substitutes acceptable, when meeting the features of the above as well as the following specifications: no wider than 50", no longer than 102", weigh less than 1100 lbs, at least 50 hp, 9" wheel travel, 300 lb hauling, 1500lb towing.
