- The 409th Contracting Support Brigade formerly named as Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to solicit a requirements contract to acquire basic and/or advance interviewing and interrogation training seminars (IITS) for Government personnel deploying units to Afghanistan, Iraq and Kosovo. The objective of the IITS is to provide the participants with the most current and effective training preparation possible to meet the challenges of interviews and interrogations during deployments in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF), and operations throughout the USAREUR AOR. Primary locations of training will be in Germany, Italy, and Kosovo. This training will prepare US Soldiers to analyze/recognize behavior patterns in guilty subjects, which is critical in wartime and stability operations to provide actionable intelligence. The contract to be awarded will be for a twelve month basic period to include 3 option years. Solicitation W912CM-10-T-0124 will posted to ASFI on/or about 21 April 2010 with proposals due not later than 19 May 2010.
