- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia intends to award a firm fixed price contract for up to twenty three (23) Central Atmosphere Monitoring System (CAMS) IIa units (P/N 600000-001) and associated technical data over a three (3) year ordering period to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, 2771 North Garey Avenue, Pomona, CA 91767. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 because only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
