- PR IQC10102009002. This solicitation will contain NSN 3740-01-516-4415, BedNet Pop-Up, Request for Proposal SPM4A6-10-R-0755, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) under FAR 12 and 13.5. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside utilizing Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, 58 days ARO. Approved source is CAGE 1U7D0, P/N 64587 and CAGE 1RGC8, P/N 80100. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 3,816 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 954 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Certified cost or pricing data is not required as this is a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12. EEO clearance is not required. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Solicitation issue date is April 28, 2010. Solicitation closing date is May 28, 2010.
