- THIS SYNOPSIS HAS BEEN AMENDED TO CHANGE THE ISSUE DATE TO 04/26/10 AND CLOSING DATE TO 05/26/10 PR#0024464127, ISSUE DATE: 26, APR 2010, CLOSING DATE: 26 MAY 2010 This solicitation is intended to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for a total of 136 each for stock for NSN 1670-01-483-8259, Link, Parachute, Connector. No option is included. The approved source of supply is U.S. Aeroteam, Inc., CAGE 65141. The solicitation is issued other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is U.S. Aeroteam, Inc. Item is life support equipment, configuration controlled, and critical application. Surplus material will not be considered for award. Only quotes from the approved source of supply or authorized dealers are acceptable for life support items. The dealer must provide a copy of the letter from the approved source of supply approving them to act as a dealer/distributor with their quote. Quotes from secondary dealers will not be accepted. PRLI 0001, Qty 68 each, ship to Tracy CA 95304. PRLI 0002, Qty 68 each, ship to New Cumberland PA 17070 The following terms apply: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Delivery 160 DARO Electronic offers are not acceptable.
