- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted supplies and/or services, unless specified as provided by the Government, for custodail/janitorial services at Hunton USARC, Gaithersburg, MD.; Southern Maryland USARC, Upper Marlboro, MD.; Prince Georges USARC, Riverdale, MD.; and Maus Warfield USARC, Rockville, MD. with further specifications in the Scope of Work. The Government intends to make an award on a sole source basis to CHI Centers Inc. Work shall be accomplished within 14 days after reciept of contract. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as unrestricted with a primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) of 561720 with a related small business size standard of $16.5M. The entire solicitation will be made available on or about 14 Apr 10 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. NOTE: THE DATE IN THE SOLICITATION IS THE REQUIRED RESPONSE DATE. THE DATE ON THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR ARCHIVE PURPOSES. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award.
