- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB., Florida intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm-fixed price maintenance contract for NOMAD CONDITIONING FACILITY MAINTENANCE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a request for quote for a requirement to provide quarterly service, maintenance and required repairs, if necessary, for 64 items of fitness equipment at the NOMAD CONDITIONING FACILITY, BUILDING 1039. All repairs shall be approved in advance. If repair is required, repair shall be completed within one week of notification. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary in connection with delivery, services, pick-up and transportation to perform this requirement. The period of performance for the base year will be from 19 April 2010 to 18 April 2011; the period of performance for option year one will be from 19 April 2011 to 18 April 2012. The request number is F1T0AK0041AQ01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 811490 with a size standard of $7 Million Dollars. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award will be made on the lowest price technically acceptable.
