- This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106, it is the intent of the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ-MD), Dallas, TX, to issue a sole source purchase order to CelleBrite USA Inc. for five (5) each universal forensic extraction devices, five (5) software upgrades, support and extended warranty. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective products and services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within five (5) days after publication of this notice, a sole source order will be issued to CelleBrite USA Inc.
