- Exhibit 1 - Drawings Attachment 2 - Wage Determination Attachment 1 - Specifications Sections C thru M - Solicitation Section B1 - SOI Supplemental Instructions Section B - Schedule of Items Section A - SF1442 *RECOVERY* The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Firm Fixed price Contract for the following project: Located on the Pisgah National Forest in North Carolina, This project consists of the replacement of the existing extended aeration wastewater treatment plant, water distribution system and restroom building. The new treatment plant is a 15,000 GPD DUAL TRAIN tertiary treatment above ground unit. The new bath-house is an 8-unit block/brick veneered structure w/porches. The new water distribution system will consist of a 3" PVC watermain with HDPE branch lines ranging in size from 2" to 3/4" in dia. Incidental work includes clearing, erosion & sedimentation control and primary/secondary site electrical work.
