- Solicitation Number Q1770108200 is being readvertised using full and open competion Procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is Q1770108200, NER-GATE- Gateway National Recreation Area, 210 New York Ave, Staten Island, NY. requires the following: Port -A-John Cleaning. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39 effective 19 March 2010. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7359. This is an unrestricted requirement. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested parties must quote on all items to be considered. BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is determined to be technically acceptable. Wage Determination No.: 2005-2376; Revision No: 8; Date of Revision: 07/29/2009. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The requirement is to be procured on behalf of: NER-GATE- Gateway National Recreation Area, 210 New York Ave, Staten Island, NY.Locations:1. Great Kills Park: Has 6 units, 2 single vault toilets with 1000 gal capacity, and 1 double vault unit which has a 2000 gal capacity. Total vaults are 3.2. Miller Field: Has 3 units, and 1 double vault unit with a capacity of 2000 gallon capacity.3. Fort Wadsworth: Has 2 units, no vault toilets.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:1.Cleaning of 11 Park owned units (port-a-johns)2.Cleaning will occur on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.3.Cleaning will occur from Mayl 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010.4.Cleaning will also include 4 Vault toilets at Miller Field and Great Kills (Please see break down below).5.The Vault toilets will need to be cleaned minimum of 3 times per year (April, June & August)6.Additional cost for servicing one to two units for special events, i.e., Model Airplane Show, etc.7.After cleaning Vault toilets, they will be treated with CCL live bacteria culture.
