- RECOVERY ACT - Little Wound Sewer & Water Main Replacement, Kyle, South Dakota THIS OPPORTUNITY/PROJECT IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY & REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT. CONTRACTORS AND/OR SUB-CONTRACTORS RECEIVING AWARDS AS A RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION SHALL MAKE A FULL REPORTING, OF ALL PROJECT DATA FOR TRANSPARENCY OF THE WORK PERFORMED UNDER THIS OPPORTUNITY, AT THE FOLLOWING WEBSITE: WWW.FEDERALREPORTING.GOV Federal Contractors (see FAR 52.204-11). Cumulative reporting will begin with the October 10th, 2009 reporting deadline. Contractors must check back with www.federalreporting.gov often for updates and monitor finalization of the interim rule published in the Federal Register at 74 FR 14639. However, and in order to track the progress of this project, the contractor shall be required to submit Progress Reports on this project as specified in of the solicitation bid package. Contractor shall submit a progress report Not Later Than the 10th day of each calendar month. The initial progress report is due the 10th day of the first month after the notice to proceed is issued by the BIA Contracting Officer and a cumulative report on the 10th day of each month thereafter. Failure on the part of the Contractor to provide the required reports and/or special reporting information as required by FAR 52.204-11 to BIA Contracting Officer as specified shall constitute a material breach of the contract upon which BIA may immediately terminate this contract for default. Solicitation with Statement of Work for Project No.s: 9YA06069 NAICS: 237110 PSC: Z131. Principal works under the specifications include: Complete removal & replacement of the facility's domestic water main and sanitary sewer service systems. Incidentals include removal and replacement of roadways. SOW, DOL Wage Determination, and Site Drawings Attached. Construction Bid Schedule consists of Mobilization, Construction fees/permits/taxes, Equipment, Materials and Labor. SECURITY: Favorable background screening/investigations are required for all key and regular personnel present on the job site. CONSTRUCTION PRICE RANGE: Between $100,000 and $250,000 DURATION: Four Hundred Fifty Five (455) calendar days after receipt in writing of authorized Notice to Proceed LOCATION OF WORK: : The Little Wound Day School is located in Kyle, Shannon County, South Dakota - about 110 miles southeast of Rapid City. BONDS: Performance Bond and Payment Bond, EACH must be equal to 100 percent of the original contract price. BOTH bonds must be furnished within seven (7) days after award. This requirement calls for complete removal & replacement of the facility's domestic water main and sanitary sewer service systems. Incidentals include removal and replacement of roadways.
