- Acquisition and Life Cycle Responsibility and Management Accountability in Support of PEO LMW The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source contract to CACI Technologies, 14151 Park Meadow Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151, for acquisition and life cycle responsibility and management accountability in support of PEO Littoral Mine Warfare (LMW) and its program offices for up to one year. These program offices include: (1) Naval Special Warfare, PMS340; (2) Unmanned Maritime Vehicles, PMS403; (3) Explosive Ordnance Disposal/Joint Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare, PMS408; (4) Littoral Combat Ship Mission Modules, PMS420; (5) Anti-Terrorism Afloat, PMS480; (6) Maritime Surveillance Systems, PMS485; and (7) Mine Warfare, PMS495. The contract will provide: (1) Program Analysis, Development, Control, and Monitoring Support; (2) Administration, Communication and Human Resources; (3) Business, Finance and Cost Estimating; (4) Technical and Engineering Support; (5) Information Technology (IT); and (6) Life Cycle Support across PEO LMW and its program offices. This requirement was previously satisfied under SeaPort-e task order N00178-04-D-4026. This contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). CACI Technologies is the only known company which currently possesses the knowledge and expertise to meet the Navy's technical and schedule requirements to support PEO LMW and its program offices. No other source has the technical capability to perform the work described herein in the time frame required to meet the Navy's operational needs.
