- Department of Veterans Affairs Network 21 Consolidated Contracting will be issuing a Request for Proposal for construction services to Replace Building One AHU, Install HVAC and Exhaust Fans at the VA Medical Center San Francisco located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. This solicitation is a total 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB). Offers will only be accepted from SDVOSB's. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available in the near future. Offerors will be required to submit both a technical and pricing proposal. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions. Contractor shall furnish labor and materials needed to perform installation of all devices for Building 1 located at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center as required by drawings and specifications After installation of all devices the contractor must provide testing of each item to show capabilities and correct function. The NAICS Code is 238220 and small business size is $14.0 million. Estimated project cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
